1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website mrzm-labs.com and the services provided by MRZM Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a request through our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

MRZM Labs provides custom landing page design and development services. Our services include:

• Custom landing page design and build
• SEO optimization and meta tag setup
• Analytics integration (where applicable)
• Hosting and deployment
• Revisions as specified by the selected plan

3. Order process

1. Submission — You submit a request via the order form. No payment is required at this stage.
2. Review — We review your brief and may ask follow-up questions within 24 hours.
3. Preview — We deliver a preview of your landing page for approval.
4. Payment — Payment is due only after you approve the preview.
5. Delivery — Upon payment, we deploy your page and provide access to the source code.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We currently offer three plans:

• Starter — €150
• Pro — €300
• Launch — €500

Payment methods and invoicing details will be communicated during the order process. All prices are in Euros (€).

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Starter — 1 round of revisions
• Pro — 2 rounds of revisions
• Launch — 2 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the plan scope may be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the delivered landing page source code. You may use, modify, and host it as you wish.

We reserve the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Hosting

We provide free hosting for the first 3 months after delivery. After this period, ongoing hosting is available at €9/month. You may also choose to self-host using the source code provided.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason. If work on your project has already begun with your explicit consent, the withdrawal right may be limited to the extent of services already rendered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or search engine rankings.

10. Warranties

We warrant that:

• Delivered pages will match the approved preview.
• Pages will be free from material defects at the time of delivery.
• We will address any technical issues reported within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to create landing pages that:

• Promote illegal activities or content
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, phishing, or deceptive content
• Violate applicable advertising regulations

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any project that violates these conditions.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the service provider is established. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the provider's jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
